Duties and Responsibilities
Monitors the access and egress of students, faculty, staff, and visitors to campus facilities.

  • Registers residence hall visitors in the security system when necessary
  • Responds to individuals requiring assistance in a friendly, professional manner
  • Performs related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least one year of customer service experience strongly desired.
Qualifications

  • Some college preferred
  • Demonstrated history of dependability and punctuality at work.
  • Demonstrated service orientation.
  • Flexibility in work schedule, and ability to multitask.
  • Able to respond to supervision in a positive manner is a must.
  • Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish).
