Salesforce CPQ Test Lead - 63419561 - M

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in the Industrial Manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce CPQ experience in Database and SQL and skilled in JavaScript. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work effectively in a general shift.

• Lead the testing efforts for various projects within the Industrial Manufacturing domain
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the testing team
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
• Ensure the quality and reliability of software applications through rigorous testing
• Identify document and track defects and issues and work with the development team to resolve them
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system stability and scalability
• Utilize Database and SQL skills to validate data integrity and accuracy
• Implement automated testing frameworks using JavaScript
• Test and validate Salesforce CPQ configurations and customizations
• Maintain and update test environments and test data as needed
• Communicate test results and progress to stakeholders and management
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

• Possess a strong background in Database and SQL for data validation
• Have expertise in JavaScript for automated testing
• Demonstrate experience with Salesforce CPQ testing and validation
• Bring a solid understanding of the Industrial Manufacturing domain
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Show strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Have a proactive and detail-oriented approach to testing
• Display the ability to mentor and guide junior testers
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing tools and best practices
• Adapt to a hybrid work model with a focus on day shift operations
• Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements
• Contribute to the overall success of the team and organization
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices.

Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
