At Cognizant Digital Engineering, a small cross functional team comprised of a Product Manager, an Architect, Full-Stack Developers, UI/UX designers and Big Data analysts builds higher quality software faster siloed individuals working independently. The Role:

Cognizant is looking for an experienced and innovative Principal Salesforce Solution Architect to serve our diverse base of global clients. As a member of our team, you will build cutting edge, cloud-based software that powers modern business. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a diverse, collaborative, geographically distributed team. Location: San Francisco, California

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of SFDC solutions tailored to the Life and Annuities Insurance domain
  • Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to meet specific business needs
  • Provide expertise in Insurance Cloud to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our systems
  • Utilize Omnistudio to create and manage complex business processes and workflows
  • Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience and interface
  • Manage SFDC Integration to ensure seamless data flow between various systems
  • Configure SFDC settings to optimize performance and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all SFDC solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our SFDC platform

Required Skill:

  • 16+ years of relevant work experience
  • Must have extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization
  • Must have expertise in Insurance Cloud and Omnistudio
  • Must have proficiency in SFDC Lightning and SFDC Integration
  • Must have strong skills in SFDC Configuration
  • Must have a solid understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance
  • Nice to have experience in other relevant technologies and tools
  • Nice to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Nice to have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
