Relocation and housing are not provided for these positions.

Field Internal (& external) customer's requests for control system upgrades and engineer solutions that conform to their budget and timeline. Efficient time management and a sense of urgency are critical to being successful. This position requires a technical understanding and aptitude particularly in the area of technology or process control.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Interface directly with internal customers & LCS team Members via phone and email to provide project, technical or administrative support.



  • Assist Lifecycle Services Manager or Customer Success Manager during Lifecycle related sales efforts such as solution research or proposal generation.



  • Work with the Lifecycle Services team to learn the technical aspects of the job as well as the principles of project management and general group business operations.



  • Create or alter document information related to customer requests or team technical needs.



  • Manage project documentation and technical submittals.



  • Organize or optimize current team areas or processes at the direction of Lifecycle Services Manager or assigned Mentor(s).



  • Assist Lifecycle Service project team in any/all aspects of daily work to include on-site/off-site project startups, customer acceptance testing, FAT preparation and system configuration.



  • Develop a proficient understanding of our business system, including the ability to investigate problems and suggest creative solutions.




Other Duties:

Short term travel under the supervision of LCS Manager, Customer Success Manager or Mentor(s)

Qualifications: 1. Be enrolled in an accredited university and actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) in Engineering, Business/Management, or related degree program.
