BE PART OF THE CONNECTION

Responsible for developing and executing base management strategies for Spectrum Business that drive revenue growth and maintain long-term business relationship. Leveraging data and insight, you identify opportunities to grow the breadth and depth of our customer relationship and minimize churn. While working with a cross-functional team in Product, Customer Operations, Client Experience, Sales Operations and Marketing, You plan, manage, monitor and report on all aspects of programs and serve as the subject matter expert and main point of contact. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment.

WHAT OUR PROGRAM MANAGERS ENJOY MOST

  • Develop data-driven program strategies that support business cases and high-level objectives
  • Collaborate with Product Analytics to develop metrics and dashboards to monitor ongoing progress and track trends
  • Work in a cross functional team to developing grow opportunities and track key project milestones to recommend adjustments
  • Communicate with stakeholders to inform them of program strategy, direction and changes and identify and prioritize opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Seven or more years of experience in project management; Experience prioritizing and organizing programs while defining KPIs and metrics.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
    Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Skills: Prioritization, organizational, analytical, interpretation and English communication skills.
  • Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to work independently managing complex programs and budgets; Advanced ability to conduct risk assessments and develop a mitigation plan.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in similar roles in the telecom industry preferably or in other industries requiring subscriber-based B2B services
  • Blend of Marketing, Sales Operations and Product Development Experience is preferred

The base pay for this position generally is between $98,900.00 and $175,300.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
