The Opportunity Spend a week gaining hands-on experience at one of the world's top tech companies. This immersive internship will give you exclusive training on: Personal branding and how to stand out professionally Selling in a B2B tech environment Researching and identifying your outstanding differentiators This week-long program is the perfect springboard into the corporate world, where you'll: Learn how to work in a professional setting Practice effective communication and presentation skills Experience a day in the life of a B2B seller Plus, enjoy outdoor activities showcasing the beautiful Utah landscape-a perfect blend of professional growth and adventure! Together, we'll introduce you to Adobe's culture, products, and career paths while helping you build the skills needed to successfully transition from campus to career. Program Overview: Throughout the program, we'll focus on sales careers through Adobe Sales Academy, giving you direct exposure to the roles and opportunities available at Adobe. We'll dive into what tech sales looks like, the characteristics that drive success, and the typical career path for sales professionals. Intern Benefits: As a Micro Intern, you'll gain practical knowledge and skills to help you succeed. We'll explore what a day in the life of an Adobe sales rep looks like, the personality traits that lead to success, and how to best position yourself for tech sales roles. We'll also walk through the interview process-covering everything from how to present yourself to what to expect from application to offer. Application Requirements: Student is enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport Student graduation date of 2025-2028 Student must be able to commit to the 5 days onsite in Salt Lake City Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
