As the Senior Transformation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in propelling strategic efficiency and cost-saving initiatives across a range of business areas. You will conduct comprehensive analyses of plant processes to identify and mitigate inefficiencies, deliver high-level strategic advisement to senior management, and lead process improvement projects. You will engage with executive leadership and business teams on critical projects and initiatives, driving substantial organizational transformation. You will serve as a catalyst for change, guiding senior management in adopting innovative solutions. You will frequently collaborate with executive leadership and business teams to ensure strategic alignment and the successful execution of key initiatives.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Process Mapping and Improvement: You will be responsible for data collection and analysis for process mapping. You will work with the Transformation Department leadership to analyze and provide recommendations on business process improvements, and implement enhancements to existing work methods, flows, and transactional processes to improve current capabilities. You will develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for methods and processes.

  • Cost Savings Initiatives: You will identify and implement cost savings through initiatives that have an impact across the entire business. You will use continuous improvement tools to support corporate business decisions and support the Corporate Continuous Improvement initiatives.

  • Reporting: You will conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics and troubleshoot business and operational issues. You will prepare detailed reports and presentations on key performance indicators, cost reduction goals, and results.

WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 5+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing principles.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced level knowledge of Excel.

  • Solid analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational planning, teamwork, analytical reasoning, and adaptability.

  • Ability to adjust communication style based upon varying levels of audiences you will encounter.

  • Demonstrated planning, organization, and execution skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and technical skills.

  • Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.

  • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.

  • Energized by travel up to 20% of the time.
