Description
Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Responsible for maintaining superior customer service while providing the analytical verification, control, processing and scheduling of customer's transportation and storage, and assigned maintenance of the Company's Interactive Web site.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Transportation Services Analyst: ($62,130 - $77,660)



  • A working knowledge of gas transmission systems, at a level normally acquired through a two-year degree in business, accounting, engineering or related field or equivalent experience; and
  • Three years of related experience.


Transportation Services Analyst, Sr: ($71,460 - $89,330)



  • A working knowledge of gas transmission systems, at a level normally acquired through a two-year degree in business, accounting, engineering or related field or equivalent experience; and
  • Five years of related experience; and
  • Demonstrate high level of understanding of the dynamics of the gas transmission system, receipt and delivery points, and the interconnects with other pipelines and the operation of the pipeline system.


OTHER REQUIREMENTS


  • Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.
  • Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
  • Must be available to take after hours (call(s) on a rotating basis, which requires 7 days/week coverage.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • Working knowledge of gas transmission system, receipt and delivery points and interconnects with other pipelines.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Develops and maintains superior customer relations with both internal and external customers.
  • Analyzes and verifies service requests, prepares contracts from origination to final execution and advises the proper intracompany departments of any legal, operations, regulatory or market services issues regarding agreements.
  • Updates the contract maintenance system to assure accurate and timely nominations and invoicing.
  • Monitors available capacity and schedule, to the maximum extent practical, receipts and delivery volumes to maximize throughput.
  • Coordinates and communicates with shippers, producers, end users, LDC's and Company personnel the scheduling, confirmation and transportation of daily nominations to insure adherence with contract terms and the intent or our customers.
  • Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
