THOR Solutions is seeking a motivated
Business Development Analyst based in
San Diego, CA, to support corporate activities nationwide. The candidate will integrate into the existing business development (BD) team and support diverse activities across the BD spectrum including proposal writing, opportunity selection and planning, bid compliance, and more. Additionally, the candidate will play a critical role in optimizing and automating BD processes to enhance efficiency and drive growth. This position requires a combination of business acumen, analytical skills, and technical expertise to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement automation solutions, and support the overall BD strategy.
Typical Responsibilities: The candidate's responsibilities may include (but are not limited to) performing or supporting the following actions:
Location: Primarily onsite at the THOR San Diego office. Somehybrid flexibility may be permitted. Travel:Periodic travel to THOR worksites, and limited travel to other partner locations and government customer locations within the United States. Typical Physical Activity: Desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion. Typical Pay Range: The anticipated pay range for this position in the identified location(s) is $65,000 - 90,000/year. Actual compensation offered will be based upon individual factors including education, qualifications, and experience. Security Clearance Eligibility Required: This position requires a DoD Secret security clearance. A qualified candidate must either already possess an active or interim Secret clearance (preferred) or be eligible to obtain a new Secret clearance upon hire.
