Axway, Inc. seeks Senior Services Consultant III (Scottsdale, AZ)

Job Description: Responsible for the effective delivery of quality computer and network software services to Axway's enterprise Cloud customers, partners, and Customer Managed services. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Axway Solution implemented at Customer site or hosted on Axway SaaS environments. Ensures regular operational activities are delivered consistently with exceptional service quality, meeting the defined KPIs and SLAs, in collaboration with subordinates, clients, technical stakeholders. Includes technical activities such as handling Production incidents, implementing changes, designing, and developing configuration/flows, administering customer projects, executing application updates and upgrades, performing technical, functional and integration testing post upgrade activities. Plans performance & stress testing in specific case. Manages client expectation and collects new requirement and provide solutioning through Axway B2Bi, CSOS, Sentinel and API products. Ensures the end-to-end handing of any requests or incidents following ITIL guidelines. Assists with problem management activities to determine root cause of major incidents or problem records. Conducts all technical activities as defined in Axway Managed Cloud Description policies and procedures.

Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Scottsdale, AZ.

Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years of related experience which must include some experience in each of the following skills: B2B and API products used in Global Supply Chain industry at enterprise levels with Cluster Deployment/Disaster Recovery & HA management; Protocols: AS2, SFTP, FTP/S (Active, Passive, Implicit, and Explicit), HTTP/s, PeSIT, JMS, and MQ; Oracle, PostgreSQL, and (MySQL or MS-SQL); Monitoring and Visibility tools - (Splunk or New Relic) and Sentinel; Web application deployed on Cloud Platforms (Azure and AWS) with Unix & Windows platform; and Shell scripting & Java (Message Components and Inline processors), and XSLT Mapping (For EDIFACT, X12, VDA, and iDocs).
