Summary:

In this role you will plan, execute and deliver complex intelligence projects spanning emerging enterprise strategy topics most critical to Sg2 health system and industry members. You will be an SME working with C-suite and Board level audiences, leveraging past experience and industry connections, You will advance strategic thinking across the System of CARE.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and elevate the voice of our organization in the national healthcare conversation driving thought leadership that reflects our strategic positioning, innovation, and impact.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to our client base, spanning healthcare providers including Academic Medical Centers (AMC), Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN), community-based, rural systems and life science clients, in addition to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to create and deliver original thought leadership and tactical solutions for our clients, leveraging various mediums including expert presentations, publications, analytics tools, webinars, conferences, blog posts, facilitated discussions, and podcasts.
• Leverage Sg2 and Vizient's proprietary healthcare databases and analytical tools to develop analytically driven insights and visualizations for clients.
• Mentor junior team members in thought leadership development and client engagement.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Advanced degree such as MBA, MHA, Masters, or PhD in health care related area preferred.
• 7 or more years of relevant work experience required.
• Strong research and writing skills and the ability to translate research into actionable ideas required.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment required.
• Experience in a health care consulting or digital health /innovation related company strongly preferred.
• Client facing experience at the C-suite and Board level, and excellent communication skills preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs and timetables.
