SUMMARY
Agile Defense is on the lookout for a Mid Full Stack Engineer to support our Technical Product Lead. This role is pivotal in developing innovative features and functionalities for our product offerings, particularly focusing on enhancing user experience and system efficiency. You will be instrumental in creating seamless user flows for defining agent roles/behaviors, crafting interactive prompts, response configurations, and developing message templates.
As a core member of our engineering team, you'll work closely with the Engineering Team to ensure our product and prototype solutions not only meets, but exceeds our user expectations. Your contributions will be crucial in developing functionalities for batch message input and processing, incorporating advanced arguments in the interface
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Objective #1: Enhance user interface and experience
* Develop and implement effective user flow for agent role definition, interaction prompts, response configurations, and message templates.
* Collaborate closely with the Technical Product Lead to align the interface with the overarching product vision, ensuring user-friendliness.
* Iterate on user feedback to continually refine and improve the user experience.
Objective #2: Advance system functionalities
* Introduce functionality for batch message input and processing, including advanced arguments for experienced users.
* Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure seamless functionality.
* Document code thoroughly and create comprehensive user manuals or guides.
Objective #3: Collaborate and communicate effectively
* Work in tandem with the product lead and other team members to bring the product vision to life.
* Engage in proactive communication and collaboration, sharing insights and feedback constructively.
* Support and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Objective #4: Leverage Deep Coding Challenge Expertise
* We are specifically seeking a skilled engineer with deep experience in coding challenges, someone who excels in tackling complex algorithmic problems and technical assessments.
* Utilize coding challenges as a means to drive innovation and ensure the highest standards of code quality and efficiency in real-world applications.

Education, Background, and Years of Experience
Qualification - Minimum Requirements
* A minimum of six (6) years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies.
* At least two (2) years of experience in developing and deploying applications in AI/ML or similar high-tech projects.
* Demonstrated ability in working with Django, Python, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js
).
* Experience in user experience and interface design, with a portfolio that showcases previous projects.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical team members.
* Proven track record of problem-solving and innovation in previous projects.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Core Languages: Senior proficiency in Django, Python, and JavaScript (including TypeScript and Node.js
).
* AI Projects: Deep Experience with LLMs, OpenAI, and familiarity with LangChain, Haystack, or similar technologies is a significant advantage.
