Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales and Management to help execute account opportunity plan strategy and key account activities as assigned
  • Manage the needs of the client by being responsive to customer needs and requests
  • Work with design and project managers, as needed, to specify and manage projects
  • Quote preparation and proposal generation, project management, punch resolution, warranty and demo requests
  • Utilize APG resources to provide excellent customer service, creative product solutions and proactive suggestions that positively impact our clients
  • Pro-active contact with client to review potential opportunities for growth


Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and superior teamwork skills
  • Strong commitment to enhancing our customer's experience
  • PC skills utilizing MS Office products and other proprietary software
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Ability to manage and engage customers in the selling process
  • Confident in reaching out to new customers
  • Ability to cultivate new and existing customer relationships
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Office Furniture industry
  • Product knowledge and application
  • Proven track record of growing sales within an account



Preferred backgrounds include:

  • Account Management in office furniture or related field
  • Interior Design with Selling or Account Management experience
