• BSA Hospital is a 445-bed hospital serving the Amarillo area for over 120 years and continues to be Amarillo's preferred healthcare provider. At BSA, the focus is to provide quality healthcare in Christian love, service and dignity.

• The Guest Services Representative is responsible for greeting visitors, patients, and vendors who enter the facility.
• The representative can review patient locations and direct or escort visitors appropriately.
• The representative must have a clean driving record and be able to drive a golf cart.
• Actively look to shuttle patients and visitors from parking lot to front door or back to the vehicles from the front door.
• The representative must practice exemplary customer service skills, have a positive and professional attitude, and enjoy helping people.

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Basic Computer Knowledge.
• Ability to handle multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Some college classes.
