Electrical Maintenance Apprentice

This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in electrical maintenance while receiving training and mentorship from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the facility.
• Learn to work with electrical diagrams, schematics, and wiring.

  Support the team in performing preventative maintenance to ensure equipment runs efficiently and safely.

  Work alongside experienced technicians to gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience.

  
  
• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.

  Participate in regular meetings with your supervisor to review coursework and incorporate what you've learned into on-the-job training.

  
  
• 
  

  Provide copies of your grades each semester to your supervisor for ongoing progress reviews.

  
  
• 
  

  Stay engaged, ask questions, and be passionate about applying your education in a real-world setting.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent, and currently enrolled in a Robotics or Mechatronics program.

  
  
• 
  

  A strong interest in electrical maintenance and a desire to learn.

  
  
• 
  

  Ability to work well in a team and take direction from experienced technicians.

  
  
• 
  

  Basic knowledge of electrical systems or a willingness to learn.

  
  
• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

  
  
• 
  

  Must be able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.

  Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
