*OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH ONE OF THE LARGEST INSURANCE/RETIREMENT BENEFIT ORGANIZATIONS IN THE AREA* *THIS POSITION IS A PART TIME JOB 25-30 HOUR WORK WEEK* *MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-1PM + MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK A SATURDAY IF NEEDED * *WHITE PLAINS, NY (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE)* *$21/HR* *Qualifications:* * 2 years of call center customer service experience * Microsoft office proficient * Type 35 WPM *Responsibilities: * -Field calls from clients & customers regarding pension plans, healthcare plans, and financial information -Receive upward of 100-150 calls per day -Enter customer info/conversation info into database while fielding inbound call -Field calls with the utmost level of customer service -Inbound phone calls -Pension plans, Disability, -High volume calls -Enter customer information - Answer and direct incoming calls in a high volume of call switchboard environment - Ability to answer with a defined script and an enthusiastic manner and time - Multi-tasking and clerical support as assigned by department *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
