Yolan features both an eight and five course tasting menu as well as a more traditional a la carte offering. We focus on contemporary interpretations on classic Italian fare highlighting local, seasonal ingredients and technique driven cuisine. We are looking for career focused cooks, looking to hone their craft and learn the fundamentals of fine dining. We believe all cooks should leave Yolan as highly qualified sous chefs with knowledge of food production, ordering, sanitation practices, team management and kitchen communication.

WHAT YOU DO

You will be preparing bar ingredients including garnishes, syrups, cordials. You will set the bartender team up for success daily with the ingredients they need.

WHO YOU ARE

You are passionate and enthusiastic about wine, spirits, and beer. That passion shows through when you prepare ingredients for cocktails. Multi-tasking is something that comes naturally to you, as does working under pressure. You are organized and can lift and move heavy boxes up to 60 pounds on a daily basis. You have culinary or bar prep experience.
