Description
To assist the Station Manager in ensuring all aspects of Station operations, and policies and procedures are adhered to. This position directly supervises Cargo Agents (CA) and Customer Service Agents (CSA), Lead CA and CSAs, Traffic Coordinators, and Cargo Manager. Essential Functions and Duties: Responsible for maintaining Ryan Air customer service standards. Assist in charter operators and client services. Serve as primary point of contact for the Director of Business Development & Customer Relations on customer/client satisfaction and charter satisfaction. Serve as a liaison between Flight Operations, Cargo Operations and Customer Service. Assists Station Manager with personnel-related activities such as hiring, training, scheduling, discipline/performance evaluations and annual review evaluations. Responsible for executing required training of Station personnel. Assist Traffic Coordinators with flight production. Assumes management duties when Station Manager is not on duty. Maintains a good working relationship with USPS and assists with compliance of the USPS policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining ramp, mail and freight storage areas. Assist with compliance of Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Assists Station Manager with station-related reports and records. Assists Station Manager with monthly Safety Meetings. Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Graduate of high school or equivalent. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Prior airline experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to provide leadership and professionalism. Ability to take directions and be flexible. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Good computer skills. Requires frequent and routine lifting or moving items weighing over 70 pounds.
