FP&A Analyst, Supply Chain Finance:

This position will support and engage in all aspects of Supply Chain Finance, serving as a business partner to the plant & warehousing teams. This role will deliver analytics & recommendations across the supply chain to support critical business decisions. As part of the Utz Finance team, you will leverage internal databases, external data sources, financial statements, and other tools to respond to information requests and develop and deliver accurate, fact-based reports & analysis.

*This is a remote position, but priority will be given to candidates closer to Hanover, PA.

What You'll Do:



  • Utilize tools to analyze overhead, labor and material costs within plants & warehouses.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process by reviewing period activity, site level P&Ls, and making journal entries as needed.
  • Prepare month end reporting package for assigned areas to be reviewed by Supply Chain Finance management and included in the executive summary.
  • Perform root cause analysis on P&L accounts to help diagnose business performance.
  • Support monthly and quarterly forecasts as well as the development of a detailed annual plan.
  • Leverage & maintain internal databases for accurate standard costing environment.
  • Support inventory controls & month end processes to drive inventory count accuracy.
  • Perform other duties as assigned that will impact and support the overall outcome of the company and department objectives.


What We're Looking For:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Supply Chain.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience-whether you've been crunching numbers or supporting supply chain operations, we want your expertise.
  • A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and drive results, and demonstrates understanding of importance of deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly adapt to ERP and BI systems.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic who thrives in both independent and collaborative environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-whether you're presenting data or collaborating with teams, you know how to get the message across.
