Are you looking to grow your land surveying career?

We are looking for a Junior Surveyor to join our field crew. We will provide mentorship and development to support your career growth.

You will focus on supporting boundary and topographic survey projects in the field. You will join our Greater Washington Survey Team, reporting to a Survey Supervisor. Projects will mostly be located between Mukilteo and Puyallup, Washington and will require travel within the Puget Sound and out of town on occasion.

You Will:

• Help with the setup and operation of survey instruments.
• Perform field surveys for boundary, property line and mapping projects.
• Collect horizontal data and vertical data to support site civil design (roads, grading, drainage, utilities)
• Maintain accurate and organized field notes.
• Perform basic calculations and field checks to verify measurements.

You Have:

Compensation Information: Hourly rate for this position is in the range of $20.00-$25.00 depending on qualifications.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. We value transparency and look forward to discussing our compensation structure.
