As an HR Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing HR functionalities, elevating internal communications, driving HR initiatives, and nurturing community relations. In this multifaceted position, you will work closely with various departments to streamline operations, build a collaborative environment, and create meaningful connections both inside and outside the organization. THE STARTING RATE:$20.00 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Help manage HR data in key areas. Balance daily tasks, project deadlines, and urgent initiatives to ensure everything is done accurately and on time. Work with team leads to support performance management, internal communications, and community tasks. Assist in creating leadership presentations by gathering data, designing slides, and making sure the message aligns with company goals. Manage HR-related supplies and materials, keeping everything organized and available. Complete special projects assigned by the HR Director on time. Help organize team activities, meetings, and events.
