THE JOB:

As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a safe and friendly environment for employees and guests by assisting guests with baggage assistance and personal belongings. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Answer property questions and provide accurate information about rooms, restaurants, M life, casino events, promotions, and directions.
  • Resolve guest complaints within your authority and report unusual events, missing items, or alleged theft to your supervisor.
  • Open doors for guests as they enter and exit the property.
  • Load and unload baggage from guests' vehicles.
  • Escort guests to and from their assigned rooms and other areas of the property.
  • Provide assistance and offer room orientation.
  • Process tickets for guest items and assist with luggage.
  • Handle group baggage for arrivals and departures.
  • Maintain security and responsibility for the luggage area/room.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Preferably has at least 6 months of front services experience including roles such as bell attendant, front desk agent, concierge, or similar positions.

Pay Rate

The starting rate for this role is:

$12.50 This is a tip eligible position.
