The TerrAscend Brand Ambassador plays a key role in representingTerrAscend's house brands at cannabis retail accounts and other events throughout the specified market(s). The brand ambassador will support the sales in marketing teams and will be responsible for spreading brand awareness and increasing wholesale sales through field marketing activations and patient/customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
    • End-to-end execution of TerrAscend Branded Pop-Up Events at Cannabis Retail Locations throughout the specified territory
    • Represent our company and house brands in a positive and professional manner at retail both retail pop-ups, as well as community and industry events/activations.
    • Maintain high-level product knowledge and clearly communicate product benefits to wholesale accounts, patients, and customers.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with industry and dispensary contacts.
    • Work with the team to implement the best-in-class field marketing brand engagements/activations.
    • Complete Pop-Up Reporting Tracker at the end of each activation to roll into weekly field marketing reporting.
Experience & Educational Requirements:
    • 2+ years' experience in field marketing, events, retail, customer service, or related field.
    • High School Diploma preferred
    • Basic cannabis knowledge with a passion for the plant and the industry
    • Naturally upbeat, positive, and outgoing personality with a passion to talk with and help others learn about cannabis.
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Driving & Physical Requirements:
    • Must have a driver's license.
    • Must have a reliable personal vehicle that can transport Event Kit including a large tent and 6ft folding table.
    • Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
    • Ability to travel 80-90% of the time including overnights
    • Willingness to use personal cell phone to capture content for social media
