No nights! No weekends!

Regular Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:15 am - 4:45 pm, with a rotating shift of 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

This role is located on site, in a call center environment and is responsible for responding to member inquiries and providing an exceptional member experience through multiple service channels to guide members toward products and services that meet their financial needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively listen to member's needs and investigate the best solution(s) for their situation
  • Display exceptional relationship skills with co-workers and members
  • Perform member account transactions in accordance with security, regulatory, and compliance standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong emphasis on elevating the member experience in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of one month of similar or related experience, call center operations or banking experience preferred
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Intermediate level computer skills to include Microsoft Office 365
