Talent Partnership Associate - NAM

The Talent Partnership Associate plays a key role in expanding LHH's network of hiring partners by identifying and engaging companies that align with our talent pool. This role is responsible for developing relationships with Talent Acquisition Managers and Sourcing Specialists, driving interest in LHH candidates, and facilitating employer connections through our Digital Talent Exchange (DTE) platform and Employer Spotlight events.

Employment Type: Part-time, hours vary from week to week

Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Talent Partnership Manager

Location: Remote

Languages: English (Bilingual preferred in some locations, French Canadian)

In this role you can expect to

Key Accountabilities

  • Research and Targeting: Identify and research companies that align with incoming candidate projects to establish strategic hiring connections.
  • Employer Outreach: Engage with Talent Acquisition Managers and Sourcing Specialists to generate interest in LHH candidates and promote their hiring.
  • Onboarding and Engagement: Support hiring partners in onboarding onto the Digital Talent Exchange (DTE) platform and drive ongoing engagement to maximize usage and retention.
  • Employer Spotlight Events: Facilitate virtual and in-person Employer Spotlight events to connect hiring companies with larger pools of job seekers.
  • Talent Promotion: Create and distribute tailored talent summaries and curated talent pools to relevant employers when new waves of candidates enter the market.
  • Relationship Management: Foster ongoing relationships with hiring companies to ensure long-term engagement and candidate placement success.

All About You

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or business development is a plus
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify suitable employer partnerships
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic and proactive approach to outreach and engagement
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
