You'll lead cloud architecture strategies, ensure best practices, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive performance, automation, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Architect and implement full-stack AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, VPC, etc.) Drive DevOps automation, CI/CD pipeline optimization, and observability practices Lead design of secure, scalable microservices and infrastructure as code Guide and mentor DevOps and systems engineers Monitor systems proactively and address issues swiftly Collaborate across teams to align infrastructure with business needs Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and support procedures What You Bring 7+ years in Infrastructure, DevOps, Cloud, or Systems Engineering 5+ years building full-stack infrastructure solutions Deep experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, Redshift, Kafka) Leadership and mentoring experience in DevOps/SRE teams Proven ability to work independently and handle abstract problems Excellent understanding of security best practices, protocols, and monitoring Bonus Points (Preferred) AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes certifications Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare-related security standards (NIST, SOC2, HITRUST) Why Join Us?
