Role Description & Responsibilities

The Director of Sales - DELMIA is responsible for developing and leading a high-performing sales team to drive sustainable business growth across both direct and channel sales. This role focuses on achieving software revenue targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering strong relationships with customers and partners to scale the business. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader capable of building team resilience and delivering growth objectives.



  • Lead and mentor a sales team, fostering a culture of transformation and revenue growth.
  • Define and implement the geographic sales strategy, ensuring effective execution in the field.
  • Drive sales performance based on Dassault Systemes' value-driven framework.
  • Support sales experts within the team to achieve their quotas.
  • Develop and optimize sales strategies and coverage for the assigned territory.

Qualifications



  • 10 - 15 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Background in manufacturing execution, manufacturing planning, or engineering is a plus.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the Discrete Manufacturing and Process Industries
  • Bachelor's degree required.


Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $ 251,033 - 326,000 representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
