All about the role: This role will focus on supporting North America business functions looking to enhance their business or operational outcomes through the use of AI technologies. You will partner with business leaders, process owners and delivery teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, oversee development and roll out of AI initiatives. This role will also assess and deliver best practices around program delivery, project approaches, and business measurement. The ability to connect business value to a scalable, repeatable, extensible approach is critical to the role. Where you'll be: This position will be based in the HQ, Charlotte Office, North Carolina. What you'll do:
Responsible to work closely with businesses to understand their AI needs, identify high-value opportunities, and deliver impactful AI solutions. This role requires strategic thinking, high-level understanding of AI capabilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions across. Build compelling AI business cases, quantifying ROI, cost reduction, efficiency gains and competitive advantages. Act as a trusted advisor for AI use cases, defining transformation roadmaps with clear KPIs and strategic objectives. Facilitate design-thinking workshops to identify AI-driven opportunities and develop actionable transformation plans. Build AI training programs for business leaders and facilitate the CoE group. Conduct workshop sessions to coach, identify opportunities with business users to deliver value through generative AI or machine learning. Define the product's roadmap, oversee its management, and ensure alignment with business priorities and objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for our Gen AI product, liaising between businesses, technical teams, and stakeholders. Ensure all AI projects adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations. Assist in maintaining best practices for data governance, ensuring data quality and security across all AI initiatives. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in AI Transformation, influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. Master's degree, preferred. 2-5 years of business analyst experience. 2+ years of experience in the industry as AI/ML practitioner or executive. Strong experience launching technically complex programs and projects working with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization. Strong experience with AI-driven automation, analytics, machine learning, NLP, and predictive modeling. Expertise in quantifying AI impact, including cost-benefit analysis, financial modeling, and KPI-driven success metrics. Proven experience in developing executive-level business cases for AI investments, articulating both financial and strategic value. Experience engaging with C-suite executives, securing buy-in for AI transformation initiatives. Strong ability to define and execute AI roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives. Ability to structure and solve complex business problems using AI-driven insights and predictive analytics. Data-Driven Decision-Making & Communication. Strong ability to translate AI insights into business value, using compelling data storytelling techniques. Expertise in building executive presentations, business cases, and AI ROI models. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
