Key Responsibilities

• Foster successful, ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with sales, retail clients, and production teams to tackle projects in a fast-paced, creative atmosphere.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients.
• Manage incoming workflows efficiently while juggling priorities with ease.
• Lead the development and execution of intricate projects, ensuring complete understanding of project specifications.
• Collaborate with internal departments-Planning, Scheduling, Manufacturing, Shipping, and Installation-to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Oversee projects from initial handoff to final invoicing with unwavering attention to detail.
• Coordinate with national network partners, subcontractors, and installers as needed.
• Responsibilities may include tasks such as: reviewing distribution lists, creating location-specific pick tickets, managing installation schedules, and preparing closeout documentation for internal or client platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in coordination and customer service within the printing or promotional marketing industry is a plus.
• Self-driven and conscientious, with a background in print production or traffic management in a high-energy marketing environment.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Skilled at building and maintaining strong business relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• High-energy, positive, and customer-oriented personality with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
