Summary:

The main function of a recruiter is to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization. A typical recruiter is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization.

We are looking for a Sr. Technical Sourcer, who will be responsible for working closely with our engineering teams to build a strong candidate pipeline across a broad spectrum of roles (H/W Design, H/W Package, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, etc.) at various levels. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates and acting as a consultant to Recruiters and Hiring Managers throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

* Develop impactful and proactive sourcing strategies that incorporate multi-channel searches and techniques.

* Create and develop a strong network of potential candidates with an active presence in the market and a deep research-oriented understanding of the industry.

* Work closely with hiring teams to effectively source and qualify target candidates while setting clear expectations with a strong understanding of broader business needs.

* Promote our employer brand while utilizing various advertising techniques to attract top talent.

* Measure conversion rates, including the number of passive candidates who turn into applicants, are invited to interviews, receive offers, and are hired.

* Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations.

* Maintain market/business intelligence regarding function and business unit alignment. Work with hiring managers to build an overall understanding of position requirements.

* Work closely with supporting team members, recruiters, and coordinators to establish successful recruitment processes.

Requirements:

* A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruitment/talent sourcing is preferred.

* 5+ years of sourcing experience within an Advanced Technology organization.

* History of finding potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Slack, and Github).

* Expertise in crafting and sending recruiting emails.

* Experience coordinating with hiring managers to determine position requirements.

* Experience working on technology leadership sourcing for Director+ level positions

* Self-motivated individual who can thrive in a team-based or independent environment.

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.

* A tenacious drive to win and persistence to push beyond adversity to solve the most challenging problems.

* Self-starter with an incredible work ethic and strong teamwork skills.
