Pay: $23.00/hr 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Requirements: A minimum of two years of experience in accounts payable, preferably in a high-volume setting, is required, along with a High School Diploma or General Educational Development certificate. Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP or Oracle, alongside strong skills in Microsoft Excel, will be essential for success. All your hard work isn't for nothing! Job Duties: As an Accounts Payable Clerk, your daily responsibilities will include processing and verifying a high volume of invoices to ensure accuracy and proper coding and matching invoices with purchase orders while resolving any discrepancies that may arise. You will obtain necessary approvals for payments, maintain compliance with company policies, prepare and process check runs, wire transfers, and Automated Clearing House payments, and reconcile vendor statements while responding to inquiries regarding accounts payable transactions.
