Service Technician

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift Hours
• Overtime as needed and rotating on-call hours
• Pay: $25-$30 per hour

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of electrical/mechanical experience
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals/mechanical diagrams
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call as needed
• Valid driver's license (service vehicle provided)
• Open to attending training at corporate headquarters in Troy, OH
• Ability to frequently climb, bend, squat, kneel, stand, and lift up to 75 pounds

Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial food equipment (cooking, food prep, ware washers, baking, refrigeration, etc.)
• Provide on-site service at customer locations, often starting your workday from home
• Maintain high customer service standards while meeting productivity and performance goals
• Safely operate vehicles, heavy equipment, machinery, and power tools
