Summary: In this role, you will lead the RxCommit program, focusing on client recruitment, retention, and engagement to drive financial performance and program growth. This role focuses on expanding participation, strengthening relationships, and ensuring clients gain the greatest value from their involvement. As a strategic leader, the Group Director plays a key role in achieving revenue and participation goals by increasing client commitment and optimizing engagement strategies. This position requires a strong understanding of pharmacy aggregation, spend management, and healthcare GPO operations to ensure financial and operational success. Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to expand client participation, optimize engagement, and enhance financial performance.
- Collaborate with Vizient and Provista leadership to align RxCommit' s direction with broader business objectives.
- Leverage data insights to refine client recruitment efforts and strengthen the program's value proposition.
- Client Engagement & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive long-term participation.
- Implement engagement and retention strategies that reinforce program value and strengthen client commitment.
- Financial & Performance Accountability: Ensure program participation supports financial targets, contributing to administrative fee growth and program revenue.
- Identify and implement new opportunities for revenue growth and program optimization while maintaining client value.
- People Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team focused on program expansion and client success.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for direct reports.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the pharmacy aggregation team.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred, advanced degree desired in Healthcare, Business, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in pharmacy aggregation, GPO operations, or healthcare supply chain preferred.
- Proven success in driving program growth, increasing client engagement, and achieving financial targets.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy aggregation, client engagement, and strategic program management.
- Experience working with Vizient, Provista, or other GPOs is highly desirable.
- Exceptional relationship management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.
