Permit Specialist

As a Permit Specialist at the Pittsburgh Paints Co, you will work to meet company store development goals by supporting the Real Estate Department through handling the company-owned store permits.

This position will be a hybrid role located in Cranberry Twp, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Pittsburgh Paints Company commercial store location permits and business licenses. This would entail renewals and new permit applications.
• Will be responsible for business licenses, sales tax, point of sale, fire permits, alarms, environmental, use and occupancy along with any other permits needed by each individual store location.
• Communicate with all store managers and internal departments to ensure compliance.
• Complete expense reports for business license payment processing.
• Assist lease administrators in handling all aspects of the company store leases including preparation and maintenance of lease records, monthly payout of rents, year-end reconciliations and assistance with store maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration or related field experience) desirable.
• At least one year of experience in related field
• Commercial real estate experience preferred
• Strong digital literacy (Microsoft Suite)
• Knowledge of Lucernex preferred
• Excellent Project Management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a team and/or independently on any given day
