The Product Manager at will support Infor's Managed Services offerings. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle of our managed service solutions, ensuring they align with market needs, customer requirements, and Infor's long-term strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, technical acumen, and a customer-focused mindset to drive the success of Infor's Managed Services portfolio.
A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for Infor's Managed Services offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, cloud operations, service delivery, marketing, and sales teams to deliver new features, services, and enhancements on time and within budget.
  • Customer-Centric Product Development: Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, ensuring product solutions are built with the user in mind and are tailored to specific business requirements.
  • Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and beyond, including managing product backlogs, prioritization, and launch schedules.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Managed Services products and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues impacting the product or service delivery, and work proactively to mitigate them.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Managed Services and cloud technologies. Share insights and strategic direction internally and externally.
  • Service Delivery: Collaborate with service delivery teams on methodology, quality and customer experience, to continuously improve product offerings.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in product management, ideally in managed services or professional services.
  • Experience in managing the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization through to launch and post-launch support.
  • Experience delivering products within a technical and customer-facing environment.
  • Managed services, enterprise software and cloud infrastructure experience.
  • Experience interpreting data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience presenting concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in a customer-centric environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field. MBA or advanced degree.
  • ERP implementation consulting or managed services delivery a plus.
  • Infor products and software experience (examples: Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management or Finance).
  • Experience in business processes
