Job Summary
The Sr. Project Manager for the Quality and Engineering Systems (QES) team will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that enhance our quality management systems, engineering and quality processes, and analytical capabilities. This role reports directly to the Director of Quality and Engineering Systems and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Supply Chain, and IT) to drive continuous improvement initiatives. As the Sr. Project Manager - QES, you will oversee all aspects of a project, including defining project goals, creating a project plan, allocating resources, managing project teams, and monitoring progress. Your responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed, meeting all objectives, and delivering the desired outcomes. You will also be required to communicate with stakeholders, manage risks, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track. The ideal candidate for this role must be able to lead cross functional teams without authority while balancing multiple projects simultaneously. Thisisahybridrolewiththeexpectationtobeonsite in our corporateheadquarters in the Philadelphiasuburbs(Colmar,PA) 3 to 4 days per week. Primary Duties
