23185 * Intern JMT's Technology Group is seeking a Service Desk intern to assist the Service Desk in all areas of end user support as needed. This involves assistance in hardware deployments, software installations/updates, and requests to the Service Desk. This would also include troubleshooting technical issues, and acting as a team member on various projects assigned to the Service Desk. Salary range for this position is $20-$25 per hour commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. Working Conditions Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
