Principal Analyst - Infrastructure

As a Principal Analyst, Infrastructure you will manage process mapping, data analysis, and solutions on projects to reduce risk, refine operations including potentially automation, and increasing productivity/reducing costs as an important part of IT data projects.You will assist with project phases from planning to implementation across multiple projects.

You will report to the I&O Delivery and Process Manager and be located at Cranberry Township, PA. This is a hybrid role, 3 days a week in office and 2 remote.

  Manage unstructured data remediation by partnering with the project manager and business stakeholders, aligning partners, and potentially engaging with 3rd party vendors.

  Develop and refine IT operational processes to enhance efficiency across all I&O teams and identify opportunities for improvement, including automation.

  Assist Global Trade Compliance and Data Privacy teams in decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations for improving data storage, access, and analysis.

  Partner with project managers I&O teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, establish communication standards for technical changes and projects, ensuring that impact of changes is communicated to non-technical partners.

  5+ years of experience

  
  
• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency in documenting processes and requirements

  
  
• 
  

  Experience in IT organizational processes, best practices, and change management

  
  
• 
  

  Experience in IT infrastructure operations, in at least two different primary technology areas.
