Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for providing scientific and technical leadership to manage and execute process development and characterization activities that delivers oligonucleotide manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements. Accountable for the planning and execution of multi-step processes from laboratory to robust technical transfer for scale-up to GMP manufacturing. Emphasis is on the hands-on practical application of a full range of expertise in organic and process chemistry; both literature-based and theoretical concepts from a diverse range of chemically modified oligonucleotide technology, for the design, development and implementation of cost-effective processes. Provides innovative and continuous improvement of process and analytical concepts that drive value to the customer. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $121,600.00 - $190,000.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
