About OMDIA OMDIA sites with Informa TechTarget's Intelligence & Advisory group. As trusted advisors to our clients, we identify new market opportunities, inform product & technology roadmaps, assess the competitive landscape and provide world-class go-to-market support. Overview of role As a Key Account Manager within OMDIA, you will be primarily responsible for bringing in net new business within an existing set of Key Accounts (10-25 accounts). You will work as part of an account team that'll also include a Subscription Account Manager (responsible for renewals), a Customer Success representative (responsible for growing client usage and satisfaction) and an SDR (responsible for generating new business leads within your accounts) Areas of Responsibility and Accountability
