Tessera is seeking a detailed and organized Project Coordinator with a positive attitude. Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Responsible for development of Service Order Packages to include project plans, procuring bids, determining scope specifications, planning documents, and other graphical representations where required. Responsible for following the USACE OMEE SOP when preparing information, drawings, plans and specifications to complete construction and repair projects and delivery to the FM for review. Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Reference and interpret the Government contract to determine the company's obligations. Consult with clients, vendors, and/or foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues. Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work. Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops. Utilize RS Means to assist with project building process. Support with special projects and workflow process improvements. Maintains a comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of procedures used throughout Skookum, knows the status of key situations or problems at any given time. Work requires independent judgment and initiative, under minimal supervision, on assignments that are time sensitive in nature, requiring great attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Responsible for collection and management of key data for both Skookum Maximo and DMLSS, working to migrate key data to Maximo (electronic vice paper). Create and maintain records in Maximo, DMLSS, and the Technical Library. Includes asset inventory, identification, work orders, job plans, costing, preventive maintenance schedules, and other data sets. Maintain all aspects, with the exception of QC, of the preventive maintenance program, including PM scheduling, metering, and work order documentation. Improves EAM data, related processes, and Maximo to improve work efficiency - examples include linked warranty information, optimized Job Plans and PMs, equipment inspection and tags, spare parts list, selected kitting of PM material. Ensures specified data is entered into DMLSS. Maintain effective working relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment.
Qualifications:
Required: Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite. Must be able to obtain and maintain CAC card. Must have a deep knowledge of maintenance management and proficiency un predictive tools and CMMS. Preferred: Associate's degree preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP, Construction Quality Management for Contractors) preferred. Project management skills preferred.
Physical Requirements: Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. May be required to reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time based on position duties. Work may require repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, and walking. Standing or sitting for several hours at a time, climbing in and out of a vehicle, and up and down stairs may also be required. Must have the perseverance to work effectively under pressure for extended periods of time.
Requirements:
A valid state driver's license is required with the ability to obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera's insurance. Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access. A background check and E-Verify will be conducted for this position.
