Position Overview:

Join our dynamic Human Resources team in Dallas, TX, where you'll collaborate with dedicated professionals in a supportive and engaging environment. As an internal Daisy Brand Recruiter, you'll play a crucial role searching for top talent, organizing interviews, setting up assessments, talking with candidates and managers, and highlighting the benefits of working at a growing and successful company.

Daisy Brand is a privately-owned, leading manufacturer of premium sour cream and cottage cheese for retail and food service customers. We also just launched dips that are growing in popularity. All three product lines continue to grow at record levels. We currently have three manufacturing facilities with a fourth facility planned within the next few years.

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles across our main office and multiple manufacturing facilities. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing workforce while ensuring alignment with company culture and business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional level recruiting, strong relationship-building skills, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment



  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring primarily for professional level roles.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.
  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria. Meet with hiring managers on regular cadence to discuss progress of openings and set expectations on deliverables.
  • Conduct interviews to ensure the best fit for both the role and company culture.
  • Maintain an engaging candidate experience, keeping applicants informed and excited about the opportunity.
  • Agency Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies.
  • Leverage external agencies to source hard to fill and specialized roles.
  • Manage flow of communication between agencies and hiring managers.
  • Maintain records of all agency agreements and candidate submissions.


Employer Branding & Outreach



  • Build and maintain relationships with professional organizations, industry associations, and various community organizations to attract top talent.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Support the development of employer branding materials to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Maintain and improve our online presence.


Process & Compliance



  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with EEO, OFCCP, and other federal and state employment laws.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other systems to maintain accurate records, track metrics, and generate reports on hiring effectiveness.



Qualifications & Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-8 years of exempt level recruiting experience.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job boards.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and best practices in hard to fill technical roles.
  • Experience with ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple open requisitions across different facilities.


A hybrid work environment will split time between working remote and the corporate office. Training or other meetings may require additional in person days.
