THE JOB:

As a Model/Server, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by providing exceptional service at Beau Rivage's Black Clover Lounge. By understanding the guests' unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $10.50 an hour + tips

THE SCHEDULE:

On Call | Swing Shift

2:00pm - 10:00pm

3:00pm - 11:00pm

4:00pm - 12:00am

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide and expedite beverage orders, ensuring prompt and accurate service
• Actively market the venue through social media engagement, networking, and promotional events
• Participate in venue activations and promotional modeling as needed
• Encourage guest interaction by promoting social media engagement
• Ensure table cleanliness using a silent service approach
• Accurately process payments and follow check settlement procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Meets the minimum age requirements of 21 years old
• Demonstrates 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a server/cocktail in a similar high-volume bar or nightclub
• Commits to working selected on-call shift/days on an as-needed basis
• Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression
