We are currently searching for an analytical and customer-oriented Service Desk Analyst to join our global team. This position is based in Vaisala's Louisville, Colorado office. This is an opportunity to join our global IT team and to support our group IT infrastructure and business solutions in all Vaisala's offices. This is part-time, in-office position (not remote or hybrid position).

Your key responsibilities include:

* End-user support of hardware and standard software components

* PC and accessories installation and lifecycle management of IT asset equipment

* Incident and problem management

* User accounts and access rights management

* IT infrastructure and business solution monitoring and support

* Support for global deployments and rollouts

* IT Infrastructure update deployments

Who we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, were searching for a candidate with the following qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

* Good co-operation and communication capability through customer-oriented attitude

* Ability to work independently

* PC and mobile (Apple and Android products) hardware knowledge and understanding

* Working experience on supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office

* Experience in operating Active Directory and Office 365 cloud platform

* Basic knowledge of operating Linux & macOS systems (in depth macOS a plus)

* Basic level network troubleshooting skills

* Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, for example Salesforce and/, Oracle EBS, or SAP

* Fluent in both verbal and written English

* Knowledge of building security systems a plus (access control, burglar alarm, cameras)

ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE:$65,000-75,000 annually.(Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
