Position Description: The Planning and Launch team is seeking a motivated Launch Manager to manage launch initiatives. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the launch process, from the creation of project plans and team structure to the final delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building solid relationships with stakeholders and leading discussions to operate work that directly impacts the business vision and strategy. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and team structures.Assess impacts and build actionable plans to bring changes to the market.Lead launch initiatives, tracking risks and issues, providing status updates, and ensuring excellence in delivery.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategy.Monitor critical paths and ensure timely and successful project completion.We are looking for an experienced individual who can drive successful launches and contribute to the overall success of the business. ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Deploy new and enhanced products, services, and projects globally to support Microsoft.Lead project launch teams, facilitate effective meetings, and drive key decisions with stakeholders to ensure a solid Plan of Record.Ensure accountability across various work streams throughout the launch process.Identify requirements, document a working Plan of Record, manage change control, issues, escalations, triage, cross-group coordination, and milestone management.Identify and manage project risks to reduce escalations and ensure a smooth process.Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, managing relationships and expectations, and acting as a single point of contact for project queries and escalations.Required competencies: Strategic Insight, Impact & Influence, Cross-Group Collaboration, Analytical Problem Solving, Interpersonal Awareness, Global Process Management, Project Management, Confidence, and Global Insight skills.Other * Embody our culture and values | |
