JOB SUMMARY: The Production & Operations Lead is responsible for managing the production, logistics, sales, and delivery operations for Boulder Block products, fireplaces, and all stone product lines. This role involves overseeing the manufacturing of boulder blocks, handling fireplace sales & installations, managing deliveries (including over-night and out-of-state trips), and ensuring efficient product staging and inventory management. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supervise and manage the production of boulder blocks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines Coordinate the logistics for timely and efficient delivery of boulder blocks and other products to clients, including managing out-of-state and overnight trips while practicing safe loading and unloading transportation of products Assist with fireplace product sales, working directly with customers to provide product information, pricing, and recommendations Oversee the installation process of fireplaces, ensuring installation are completed on schedule and to customer satisfaction Organize and stage products for job sites, ensuring everything needed for installations is available and accounted for Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing shortages QUALIFICATION, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE: Minimum of 3 years experience in production, logistics, sales or a related field Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) and a clean driving record Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices in logistics and construction Strong customer service and communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience of fireplace sales, installation, service a plus Preference to those who have experience in construction, landscaping, & heavy equipment operation as well as familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 100lbs Comfort with working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions Ability to operate delivery vehicles and other heavy machinery MAKE YOUR MARK AND MAKE IT LAST If you are an individual with a disability and require a reasonable accommodation to complete any part of the application process, or are limited in the ability or unable to access or use this online application process and need an alternative method for applying, please call or text Karissa Lintgen at 320-685-4681 or email Karissa at klintgen@coldspringusa.com for assistance.
