Customer expert, role model, and trusted advisor that engages with customers and stakeholders globally to build relationships that influence and drive impactful results. Manage projects to include planning and follow-up on project deliverables, schedule, scope, budget development, safety, staffing, design, procurement, installation, start-up, and project handover. Establish effective means and methods for handling risk management, change management and stakeholder relations. Select, supervise, and coordinate the use of external engineering firms, consultants, suppliers, and contractors required for project activities and assure their work conforms to project requirements. Collaborate with corporate, regional, and local Sourcing departments to obtain the most cost-effective project solution Ensure project documentation (e.g. as-build drawings, equipment documentation, local regulatory documentation, maintenance documentation) is updated at handover of project, and stored according to local guidelines, accessible and searchable in the future. Approves new equipment designs to ensure they comply with Novonesis standards and the highest quality industry standards possible.
Potentially relevant experience:
AS, BS, MS in relevant subject required Minimum 15+ years of directly related experience in industrial manufacturing Knowledge of working with a LEAN approach SAP experience Knowledge of industrial processes and DCS systems Understanding of enzymes and yeast performance Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet goals Strong project management skills Ability to lead & influence cross-functional teams Ability to adapt stakeholders to new ways of working
