Join us as our new Project Manager!

In this role you'll make an impact with:

• Customer expert, role model, and trusted advisor that engages with customers and stakeholders globally to build relationships that influence and drive impactful results.

• Manage projects to include planning and follow-up on project deliverables, schedule, scope, budget development, safety, staffing, design, procurement, installation, start-up, and project handover.

• Establish effective means and methods for handling risk management, change management and stakeholder relations.

• Select, supervise, and coordinate the use of external engineering firms, consultants, suppliers, and contractors required for project activities and assure their work conforms to project requirements.

• Collaborate with corporate, regional, and local Sourcing departments to obtain the most cost-effective project solution

• Ensure project documentation (e.g. as-build drawings, equipment documentation, local regulatory documentation, maintenance documentation) is updated at handover of project, and stored according to local guidelines, accessible and searchable in the future.

• Approves new equipment designs to ensure they comply with Novonesis standards and the highest quality industry standards possible.

Potentially relevant experience:

• AS, BS, MS in relevant subject required

• Minimum 15+ years of directly related experience in industrial manufacturing

• Knowledge of working with a LEAN approach

• SAP experience

• Knowledge of industrial processes and DCS systems

• Understanding of enzymes and yeast performance

• Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to work independently, prioritize and meet goals

• Strong project management skills

• Ability to lead & influence cross-functional teams

• Ability to adapt stakeholders to new ways of working
