The Senior Manager, M&A integration - Remote - provides leadership to the integration of acquired businesses in collaboration with the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) team and the Hanger Resource Center (HRC). Will support oversight due diligence with stakeholders along with M & A and HRC.



Your Impact

    Serves as the strategic business partner with key stakeholders of all aspects of acquisition integration from the inception to department leads through post-closing systems training and conversion.
  • In a matrix organization works closely with Hanger M&A team and seller to ensure integration plan is appropriately tailored to the business and acquired employees, resulting in high employee engagement and business performance that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Create and update integration strategies, roadmap, and playbooks to meet the need of the transaction type as well as the business and acquired employees.
  • In collaboration with M&A and Operations team, drive continuous improvement, change management & problem-solving efforts across all integration processes.
  • In conjunction with the Regional Leadership, ensure integration plans are executed from initial close through the completion of all key milestones and oversight of post-mortem activities.
  • Oversee the coordination and facilitation of recurring diligence, announcement, and closing integration meetings as necessary.
  • Monitor, update, and propose changes to weekly acquisition key milestone reporting; present reporting and key metrics to senior leadership as required.
  • In collaboration with M&A and Operations team, develop key performance scorecard and ensure routing post-acquisition and socializes it with leadership.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment, with ability to manage constant changes in direction and priorities.
  • In collaboration with M&A, reconcile planning and integration expenses as needed.
  • Manages a team and provides direction and oversight to the M&A Operations Lead and Project Manager.


Minimum Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum of 5 8 years of operational or integration related experience.

Preferred

  • Master's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of M & A experience

#LI-Remote

Pay range of $133,000 to $166,200 per year + benefits + annual bonus: up to 15% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
