Worthington Steel seeks a 1st shift Industrial Tooling Technician to build jigs, fixtures, and dies, oversee machining, and assist with assembly and troubleshooting. Ideal candidates are self-motivated problem solvers with a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and Tool & Die repair experience.

Responsibilities:



  • Operate/setup lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses.
  • Troubleshoot/repair blank/draw dies.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and production standards.
  • Perform quality checks using precision tools.


Desired Experience:



  • Physical work handling up to 50 lbs.
  • Basic math, computer, and communication skills.
  • Manufacturing or construction background.
  • OSHA safety training and knowledge of Tool & Die repair.
