Accessibility Enablement Specialist (AES) Our ideal candidate is passionate about accessibility! As part of the ADA Strategy & Experience team, within the Digital Accessibility Office, you'll primarily be responsible for making sure our external documents and communications are universally accessible with a focus on platforms; including those that create PDFs, Emails, and other document formats. Creating accessible experiences are key to customer interactions. Although many of our documents are static and can be remediated inline with the work process, some are dynamically created/generated and require work to be completed at the platform level. This requires understanding and interaction with the platform itself. In addition to working on platform accessibility, you will also be involved in providing overall AES capabilities. As a team member, you're focused and goal oriented, ready to pick up and pitch in where you can help out always advocating for accessibility best practices! *Skills* Accessibility, wcag *Additional Skills & Qualifications* SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: * Extensive understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA and ADA * Experience with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, keyboard, etc.) * Experience with ADA remediation of document and communication file types (PDF, Word, PPT, HTML, TXT, etc.) * Experience with platforms (Quadient PDF/HTML, Fast Forms, DocuSign, etc.) * Experience with document creation formats (OTX, iText, etc.) * Experience with Figma and Adobe InDesign a plus * ADS, CPACC, WAS, CPWA, Trusted Tester Certification a plus * Highly motivated, detail oriented, self-starter with problem-solving skills *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
